About

Ron Mernick

Having lived in both the city and the suburbs, and over a 15 years of real estate experience in the GTA, these are the areas I know and love, and consider both my home.

As a Real Estate Broker, my only goal is to meet and exceed each and every one of my client’s expectations. As a testament to this, the majority of my business comes from referrals and word of mouth. In my real estate practice, I am well known for great customer service, expert knowledge of market, strong attention to detail and ensuring an efficient and enjoyable experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents.

Outside of real estate, I strongly believe in supporting, volunteering, and giving back to the community. I contribute both my time and resources to local charities and organizations, and have received numerous awards for my efforts. I am also a member of University of Toronto’s prestigious President’s Circle since 2007.

Whether you are looking to buy, sell, invest, or lease a house, condo, or commercial property, there is no deal that is too big or too small for me. I am fully committed to every one of my clients and their satisfaction.

I am looking forward to working with you!

Ron has conducted training sessions for other real estate agents and brokers across Canada. He is highly knowledgeable in various areas of real estate, including buying and selling houses, condos, and commercial properties (all asset classes), first-time home buyers and investors, leases, real estate analytics, property valuations, property management, corporate relocation, the legal side of a transaction, and mortgage recovery (ie. foreclosures). Ron has traded in real estate on the behalf of private individuals, builders, investors, and financial institutions. He holds a Paralegal License and intimately knows the Landlord and Tenant Legislation, which has greatly benefited his investor clients. Ron also previously held an Ontario Mortgage Agent designation, and knows what it takes to get a deal done.
